Introductory Pole

Intro To Verto

No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm & curiosity! 

Intro To Verto is a class designed to introduce new students to Studio Verto & the foundations of pole fitness/dance. You’ll learn the basic pole grips, test grip strength, & try some simple moves & spins in a supportive environment. 


This class is mandatory for all pole students & must be completed before attending any other pole classes (including flow classes). 


Beginner Pole

These are your starting points for pole! We recommend wearing shorts or pants that can rolled above the knees and any top that has sleeve above the elbows. Socks are optional.

Verto Baseline

$15 / Drop In

It’s time to start building your foundation! Verto Baseline is the first step in your official pole journey—focusing on fundamental spins, basic climbs, & simple sequences that will prepare you for more complex movement down the road.

You’ll strengthen your grip, learn how to connect tricks smoothly, & begin exploring flow while gaining confidence. Think of Baseline as the bridge between beginner basics and evolving into new levels of skill and style.


*Must have completed an Intro To Verto class.

Verto Evolve

$15 / Drop In

Evolve is a foundational pole class designed to introduce participants to essential techniques and movements for climbs and combos. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence while exploring the artistry of pole in a supportive environment.


*Must have Graduated from Verto Baseline.


Intermediate Pole

These classes are meant for students who feel confident in their foundational skills. Speak with an instructor to evaluate if you're ready! We recommend shorts or grippy leggings with a sports bra or crop top for these classes.

Verto Elevate

$18 / Drop In

Take your pole skills to new heights in Verto Elevate, an intermediate-level class designed to build strength, control, and fluidity. This class focuses on solidifying foundational tricks, improving transitions, and introducing aerial movement to help you feel strong and confident in the air.


*Must have Graduated from Verto Evolve.

Verto Ascend

$18 / Drop In

Push your skills further in Verto Ascend, an intermediate-level class designed to help you gain confidence, control, and strength in the air. This class focuses on smooth aerial transitions, advanced climbs, and the foundations of inverted tricks to elevate your pole journey.


*Must have Graduated from Verto Elevate.


Advance Pole

This class is meant for our most advanced students. No student will be permitted to this class without a sign off from our Head Pole Instructor. We recommend shorts or grippy leggings with a sports bra or crop top for this class.

Verto Elite

$20 / Drop In

Step into the elite level of pole mastery with Verto Elite, Studio Verto’s most advanced pole class. Designed for experienced polers, this class challenges you with high-level tricks, dynamic transitions, intricate combos, and powerful aerial movement to refine your technique and artistry.


*Must have Graduated from Verto Ascend.


Open Studio

There is only an instructor there to monitor, not instruct.

Verto Freestyle

$12 / Drop In

Verto Freestyle offers the opportunity to explore your creativity and develop your skills using a pole or various studio equipment at your own pace. This time encourages self-expression and personal growth in a supportive environment, allowing you to design your workout experience.


*Must have completed an Intro To Verto class.


Floorwork

Kneepads are highly recommended for these classes.

Flow Theory: Foundations

$15 / Drop In

This class focuses on learning & mastering flow techniques, tricks, & spins while connecting them into a mini routine. Unlike choreo-based classes, this routine is not set to music—giving you the freedom to explore timing, expression, & your personal flow. Perfect for students to gain confidence in their own movement.


REQUIREMENTS: Must have taken at least one Intro To Pole class. 

Highly recommend kneepads! 

Pole heels are optional.

Flow Theory: Choreo

$15 / Drop In

Take your flow to the next level by mastering movement with music. <br> In Flow Theory: Choreo, you’ll refine flow techniques, tricks, and spins while weaving them into a mini routine choreographed to a song. This class focuses on musicality—helping you learn how to stay in sync with the beat, embody the energy of the music, and feel confident performing with rhythm and style. 


REQUIRMENTS: Must have taken at least one of the Intro To Pole class.

Kneepads highly recommended! Heels are optional.


Conditioning Classes

These classes are designed to assist in flexibility and strengthening specific towards arial arts. Shorts and t-shirts are recommended for these classes.

Verto Flexibility

$8 / Drop In

This is a comprehensive flexibility class designed for participants of all skill levels, focusing on enhancing mobility and strength. Participants will engage in a variety of dynamic stretches and poses that promote overall body awareness and improve flexibility.


*Must have completed an Intro To Verto class.

Verto Strengthen

$8 / Drop In

This is a full body strengthening class designed to enhance overall strength and stability for participants of all skill levels. This energizing workout focuses on core engagement, promoting balanced muscle development while improving flexibility and endurance.


*Must have completed an Intro To Verto class.


Dance Fitness

Each class will have dress code recommendations.

Tease & Tone

$12 / Drop In

Unleash your inner confidence and have fun moving your body in Tease & Tone, a dance-based fitness class designed for all bodies, all levels, and all vibes! This empowering, body-positive class blends sensual movement, dance, and toning exercises to help you feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable.


* Knee pads recommended

Ease Into Strength

$12 / Drop In

This low-impact workout class is designed for anyone who may be struggling with mobility or recovering from injury or surgery, but still wants the benefits of a full-body workout. Using chairs for support & light weights for added resistance, you’ll move through gentle, intentional exercises that build strength, improve flexibility, & restore confidence in your body’s abilities. 


Art Of Burlesque

Burlesque: Foundations

$12 / Drop In

Step into the art of burlesque with confidence and creativity. In this class, you’ll focus on learning foundational flow techniques, tricks, & transitions while building a mini routine that highlights your unique style. Unlike choreo-based burlesque classes, this routine is not set to music, giving you the freedom to explore timing, expression, and character at your own pace. 

No experience needed! 


Kneepads are HIGHLY recommended.

Burlesque: Choreo

$12 / Drop In

Bring your burlesque movement to life with music and rhythm! In this class, you’ll refine flow techniques, tricks, and transitions while learning a mini routine choreographed to a song. The focus is on musicality and performance—helping you stay in sync with the beat, embody the energy of the music, and grow your stage presence. Perfect for those who want to merge skill with style and gain confidence performing burlesque routines to music.

No experience needed!
