Lou is a dance instructor who believes in the power of movement to build confidence and community. With a focus on strength, creativity, and self-expression, she brings a supportive and empowering vibe to every class. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her off on local adventures with her family, lost in a good book, or working on her next outlandish sewing project.

Kylee was born and raised in Idaho and has never left. Her passion has always been in dance—the music, the quickness, the power, and the sense of freedom it brings are unmatched for her.
She took her first dance class in elementary school, where her aunt was a dance instructor for multiple age groups. After six years of jazz and hip-hop, she flourished in many ways. When dance was no longer an option in high school, she transitioned to cheerleading and later went on to coach for a year before moving. After having her daughter, she pursued another creative passion and started her own photography business.
At 20, Kylee was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis—an experience that forever changed her. Instead of allowing these challenges to hold her back, she turned them into a source of empowerment. She firmly believes that nothing should stop someone from doing what they love; sometimes, it just requires modifying the approach. She hopes to inspire others by reminding them to never stop trying and never stop chasing their dreams—because their journey may be the one that helps someone else keep going.
Through her health challenges, exercise has remained a key factor in keeping her body strong. She believes movement is essential in life and encourages everyone to embrace their own strength. Join her for class and prove to yourself just how strong you truly are!
