Level Up: Basic Climbs Edition is a 3-week workshop designed to build the strength, technique, and confidence you need to master basic pole climbs.
Each 60-minute session will break down key climbing techniques—including the Basic Climb, Basic Climb with Forearm Support, and Side Climb—while focusing on full-body conditioning, grip control, and safe movement.
Perfect for beginners and early intermediate students, this workshop will help you create strong foundations for more advanced pole skills.

Join us for Heels 101: Foundations of Fierce, a 3-hour workshop designed to build the skills you need to move safely and powerfully in 6–8 inch pole heels. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their fundamentals!
We’ll start barefoot, focusing on stretching, strengthening, posture, and ankle stability before transitioning into heels to master proper heel walking, weight transfer, and standing flow around the pole.
Whether it’s your first time dancing in heels or you're ready to polish your basics, this workshop will leave you feeling strong, graceful, and empowered.
What you’ll learn:
✔️ Proper posture and alignment for heels
✔️ Ankle strengthening and balance drills
✔️ Safe and confident walking techniques
✔️ Smooth weight transfer and standing flow transitions
No experience necessary—just a willingness to rise into your power!
*Must supply your own heels. 6-8 inch pole heels recommended.

Step into your power and master the art of seduction in our Burlesque Mastery workshop! In this 2-hour session, you'll learn a full routine, exploring movement, playful reveals, and empowering yourself. This workshop goes beyond moves—it’s connecting with your inner confidence and embracing your sensuality in a supportive, empowering environment.
We recommend taking our Burlesque and Chair Burlesque Basics classes to help you feel more confident with the foundational moves—but it’s not required!

Rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your confidence! Restore & Rise is a 4-week workshop designed to help you strengthen your pelvic floor through functional movement, condition your entire body, improve energy and breath control, and refocus on self-confidence.
What to Expect:
