Rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your confidence! Restore & Rise is a 4-week workshop designed to help you strengthen your pelvic floor through functional movement, condition your entire body, improve energy and breath control, and refocus on self-confidence.
What to Expect:
▪︎ Two 60-minute classes per week at Studio Verto
▪︎ Breathwork & core-focused movement (no Kegels required!)
▪︎ Strength-building exercises with yoga mats, blocks, dumbbells & more
▪︎ Weekly challenges & progress journaling to track your growth
▪︎ A supportive, empowering space to rediscover your strength

In this 2-hour session, you'll learn a full routine, exploring movement, playful reveals, and empowering yourself. This workshop goes beyond moves—it’s connecting with your inner confidence and embracing your sensuality in a supportive, empowering environment.
We recommend taking our Burlesque and Chair Burlesque Basics classes to help you feel more confident with the foundational moves—but it’s not required!
