How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up directly through our Groovio booking system. Head to the Schedule & Book page and create your account to get started.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — memberships can be paused or canceled. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or text 208-970-2030 for assistance.
Do class packs expire?
Class packs are valid for a set period from the date of purchase. Expiration details will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
What happens if a class is canceled?
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment (fewer than 3 students), any fees paid will be credited back to your Groovio account automatically.
Can I use my membership for workshops and special events?
Membership benefits may vary for special workshops and events. Check the class listing in Groovio for details on each session.
