Studio Verto is a pole fitness studio offering a range of classes for all skill levels—from beginner to advanced. We focus on strength, flexibility, and empowering movement in a supportive and inclusive environment. We also offer other dance and wellness classes and workshops.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in and warm up. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons.
We provide poles and mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own grip aid if you have a preferred brand. You can purchase iTac2 grip aid from us and pick up at your next class. See " Merch " page for more info.
No, please avoid applying lotion or oils before pole class as they can make the pole slippery. Remove all rings, bracelets, and necklaces to avoid damaging the poles or causing injury.
Both are fine for other classes though.
No! Pole fitness helps you build strength and flexibility over time. Our beginner classes are designed to help you develop the skills you need at your own pace.
All pole students are required to take at least one Intro To Verto. After that you will be able to attend Verto Baseline, Flow Theory, Verto Flexibility, Verto Strengthen, and Verto Freestyle.
We do have graduation process to attend Verto Evolve, Verto Elevate, Verto Ascend, and Verto Elite.
No. Students are required to graduate certain levels to attend more advanced classes. Please read class descriptions for more information about requirements.
Inform your instructor immediately. Our team is trained in first aid and will assist you as needed. If you have any pre-existing injuries, please notify the instructor before the class begins.
If you have any health conditions or injuries, consult with your doctor before attending class. Please notify the instructor of any concerns before class starts.
We offer single-class passes

Class credits, service credits, and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled within the allowed time frame. See " Policies " page for more information.
Yes! All students sign a media release waiver prior to class.
Yes! Please use the provided cleaning solution and towels to wipe down your pole after use.
For safety and privacy reasons, only registered students are allowed in the studio during class times.
