Parent & Me Movement + Mini Workout Class
Summer Session Times
• Tuesdays @ 10:00am (6 spots available)
Verto Littles is a playful, movement-based class designed to introduce toddlers & preschool ages to balance, coordination, and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment — while also giving parents a light, engaging workout alongside their child.
This parent-and-child class blends guided movement, simple strength-building activities, and sensory exploration to support early motor development, all while encouraging connection and confidence for both parent and child.
Little ones will enjoy:
> Obstacle-style movement stations
> Balance and coordination games
> Gentle spinning and movement exploration
We will utilize poles and other off pole tools.
Parents will be actively involved every step of the way — assisting their child while also engaging in functional movement, light strength work, and mobility exercises woven naturally into class.
The pole is used as a tool for stability, coordination, and exploration, not climbing, making this class safe and developmentally appropriate for early movers.
This class focuses on:
✔ Building foundational motor skills
✔ Encouraging confidence through play
✔ Strengthening the parent-child bond
✔ Supporting parent movement and wellness
Parent participation is required.
